What Treatment Involves
Treatment is outpatient and begins with an in-person visit at our office in Edgewater, Florida and is designed to be simple, supportive, and focused on your recovery.
Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment
You can schedule an appointment online or by calling our office. All new patient visits take place in person at our Edgewater location. If you are experiencing withdrawal symptoms or need to be seen quickly, please call—we can often arrange prompt appointments to address immediate needs.
Step 2: Meet With Our Clinical Team
We’ll take time to understand your current concerns, goals for treatment, and history in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Initial visits usually take about 45 minutes to an hour, and you’re welcome to bring someone with you. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan tailored to your needs.
Step 3: Start a Personalized Treatment Plan
We’ll develop a plan based on your needs, including support for withdrawal symptoms and referrals to higher levels of care when appropriate. We can also help connect you with additional support such as counseling, 12-step programs, or other recovery resources.
Step 4: Ongoing Support and Follow-Up
Visits are typically more frequent at the beginning of treatment to provide support and monitor progress, and then become less frequent as you work toward your recovery goals. Our team remains available to provide guidance and support throughout your care.

As you make progress, visits are usually spaced out over time, often to monthly follow-up.
