Daily Check-In

If your Monitoring Plan requires daily check-in, complete your check-in each required day between 5:00 AM and 11:00 AM Eastern Time.

You will need your 6-digit Check-In PIN and the Program Access Code provided by Shoreline.

After submitting your check-in, wait for the confirmation screen before closing the page. The system will tell you whether testing has been assigned for that day.

If you are selected for testing, follow the instructions provided and check your email for your testing authorization and collection instructions.
