Monthly Treatment Program: We have created a simple monthly pricing structure to keep treatment costs predictable and easy to understand. This pricing applies to patients who are not using insurance benefits for treatment. Patients using insurance are responsible for any applicable copays, deductibles, or coinsurance as required by their plan.

$120 / month
Covers your on-going and follow-up care.

Shoreline is privately funded and depends entirely on revenue from providing services to operate.
Our financial assistance program was developed to help Shoreline fulfill our mission while maintaining the financial stewardship necessary to pay our employees and remain operational.
