What We Offer

We provide independent addiction medicine consulting and substance use evaluations grounded in clinical expertise, ethical rigor, and a clear separation from treatment. Our services are designed for organizations and professionals who need objective, defensible medical opinions related to substance use, impairment, and risk.

  • Comprehensive substane use evaluations performed remotely for administrative, employment, legal, licensing, or monitoring purposes. Evaluations include record review, clinical assessment, and a structured written report outlining findings, limitations, and recommendations.

    Common use cases:

    • Fitness-for-duty or return-to-work evaluations

    • Professional or licensing board matters

    • Employer or organizational referrals

    • Court-related or attorney-requested evaluations

  • Clinical interpretation of urine, blood, oral fluid, or hair testing results, including medication correlation and context-specific analysis.

    These services include DOT and non-DOT testing reviews and full Medical Review Officer (MRO) determinations, provided by a nationally certified MRO.

  • Objective review of medical records, treatment documentation, or testing data without direct examination, with written opinions limited to the materials provided.

    Appropriate for:

    • Employer or attorney consultation

    • Program or policy review

    • Retrospective case analysis

    • Quality or compliance inquiries

  • Physician-led consulting for organizations navigating substance use–related risk, compliance, and care delivery.
